It is a shame that so much focus is pushed onto this swine flue epidemic when more people are dying of TB and prescription drugs errors every day in the US.

Why all the attention? Are the powers that be putting our focus on this "possible pandemic" while they are out pushing for amnesty, forced socialized health care and working to end our second amendment right to keep and bear arms?

Time magazine is talking about how great the vaccines are. News reports have shown time and again that people who receive vaccines seem to die at a higher rate than those who do not.

Currently their are no vaccines that can eradicate a viral infection before it happens. The reason is quite simple. Viruses mutate and it takes time to get approval for vaccines from the FDA. By the time approval is done, the virus has most likely mutated to something different than the virus that the vaccine was intended for.

This is common medical knowledge. Every year during the normal flu season, the vaccines are almost useless by the time they injected into the arms of those trying to prevent getting the flu.

So why is Time telling everyone vaccines are so great? Are they trying to change the public mindset and prepare them for the powers that be to force us to take a vaccine that most likely will do no good or even worse cause us harm?

Vials of swine flu virus explode on train

Vials of innocuous swine flu virus have exploded on an intercity train, prompting police to stop passengers before they arrived in Lausanne.

A laboratory technician from a Geneva hospital had been transporting the vials on Monday evening from a veterinary institute in Zurich. The Federal Health Office had called for the development of a diagnostic test for the illness that has killed as many as 150 people worldwide.

I am seeing news reports across the country. 40 people in US with confirmed Swine Flu. Mexico Thousands infected, at least 100 dead.

The US government has been slow to react. Some news reports from the New Main Stream Media and Alternative Media Sources are bringing out numbers of thousands dead in Mexico.

Is the US preparing for Marshal Law or are they trying to get us all afraid? No matter what side of the issue you are on. If you believe the old main stream media, there is nothing to fear. Just use common sense and keep your hands washed and avoid large crowds. Or the Alternative media reporting that forced vaccinations and even more widespread outbreaks are coming.

Perhaps you are someone who is just waiting to see. Wherever you are in the mix, you should still be ready and know that there is currently no vaccine that can stop the swine flu. Some are pushing meds that may have little or no effect on it. So the choice is up to you, live in fear or know as much as possible and make the best choice for you and your family.

Homeland chief says US preparing for full pandemic 4/27/09

WASHINGTON – The head of the Homeland Security Department says the United States is preparing as if the swine flu outbreak is a full pandemic.

Secretary Janet Napolitano told reporters Monday that the World Health Organization is operating at level three, with level six a full pandemic. She said officials at the WHO were meeting Monday to consider whether to raise the level.

Napolitano said the U.S. is proceeding as if it were preparing for a full pandemic.

The disease started in Mexico and has spread to the United States and beyond, with 40 reported cases in the U.S.

I know many of you have heard the big news today regarding the Real ID. "Obama, Congress to revisit Real ID" or even better "Napolitano working to repeal Real ID Act."

Now we can all celebrate, victory is ours! Not quite. You see, you have to read beyond headlines and read the entire story. The Real ID is not going to be repealed, if it is it will be in name only and called something else, perhaps Enhanced Drivers License.

Just read one paragraph from the first article mentioned and you will see it plain and clear.

"We've been, over the last weeks, meeting with governors of both parties to look at a way to repeal Real ID and substitute something else that…accomplishes some of the same goals. And we hope to announce something on that soon," Napolitano said. As governor of Arizona, Napolitano signed a bill prohibiting the state from complying with Real ID; she now oversees the program.

They want to substitute it with something else that meets the same goals. It is still going to be just as invasive and most likely just as costly as the Real ID Act in terms of price, privacy, security and in violation of the first, fourth and tenth amendments of the US constitution.

Nearly 30 states have passed resolutions or legislation to not comply with the Real ID while some like New York and Michigan have gone to enhanced drivers Licenses using a Real ID system similar to what the state department uses to create passports. Never mind that on March 13, 2009 it was reported Post-9/11 reforms don't stop passport fakery. I should also add the as Arizona Governor, Napolitano made certain her state rejected the Real ID while being one of the first to accept the Enhanced Drivers License that is Real ID compliant. Fortunately, we have had states like Missouri and Oregon recently pass legislation to prevent compliance with the Real ID as well. Missouri's bill introduced by Representative Jim Guest still needs to pass in the Seante but will be one of the strongest anti Real ID bill's introduced to date.

A national id is a national id, no matter what kind of name you give it. When your information flows though data hubs controlled by the Federal Government, it is a national id. If you are unable to enter a federal building or fly on a plane without one, it is a national id.

PSALMS Chapter 127

The two passages say so much in so few words. If you build a home or a church and God is not in it, then your labor, your work is worthless. If God is not in your home, you should not expect any type of protection. Sure, you can have a gun, you can have a security system and even insurance, but if you do not have divine protection, then you have nothing.

So I ask the question, Is your work in Vain? If you do not know the answer or you are not sure, then it may just be "yes it is". I know there are many out there who do not think they need God to be successful. They are self made men and women who have amassed their own success. But those riches, those works mean nothing in the end if it is without God.

Whatever you do, do for the honor and glory of God. We have already kicked God out of our schools, out of public sight and out of many of our towns and cities. Some even want his name removed from our currency.

Where has all of that taken us today? If we don't have God in those things, then those things are being done in vain.

Some assert that the Pastor was wrong and that he should simply have complied 3wiht the BP because a 1976 Supreme Court Ruling upheld the BP's use of check points.

The pastor was not disputing the check points, he was simply asking for probable cause as to be searched along with his vehicle. The BP didn't find any people hiding in the trunk, no guns, no durgs, nothing illegal.

I do not see this as an issue with the pastor, I see this as an issue with the BP who simply did not like it when an American citizen refused to comply with their every whim. His punishment was a beating compliments of the Arizona DPS.

It reminds me of a not so long ago history. The rulers beat their subjects and killed them if they did not comply with all they said.

Is this what our country is moving back towards. A complete police state? I certainly hope not.

One thing I would suggest the pastor do is to invest in some video equipment to have in his vehicle so if he is stopped by BP or any other agency that he has evidence of what just went down. Make sure that the video feed is not stored in the vehicle and that it is sent via cell phone to a secure location.

Perhaps if enough people assert their constitutional rights without violence and then sue all involved when they are violated, those who do the violating will think twice before getting a bit over zealous to force compliance.

I was a bit surprised when my phone rang and Representative Cleveland (Rep) Onslow County was returning my call from earlier in the day.

I had originally called him in order to thank him for his role in filing a bill that asserted North Carolina's 10th Amendment rights under H849.  A real sign of hope for North Carolinians who expect to be represented by state legislators.

The second reason I wanted to speak with him since he wanted to assert North Carolina's constitutional rights was to ask him to amend H849 to include a provision that would opt NC out of complying with or funding the Real ID.

I wont bore you with all of the details, but Rep Cleveland's attitude changed quite quickly.  He said that NC was 75% compliant with the Real ID and that if I continue to talk about it they may just end up fully complying.

This obvious attempt to silence those of us who want to stop the Real ID legislation that violates our constitutional rights did not stop me from sharing a bit more information with Rep Cleveland.

When I mentioned to him all of the security problems with a centralized database, he said the "We have been doing everything within reason to protect the data."  This despite the recent intrusion of a NC DMV in Carrboro where private data was stolen from a reasonably secure computer system.

When confronted about the facts that no database was secure and that a centralized system would allow a hacker even more of an opportunity to steal identities, Rep Cleveland responded with, "I have had my identity stolen, I didn't like it but it happens."

Of course, NC Residents will be the ones to pay for the damage done to their credit. The average cost to restore a stolen identity is $8,000, and the average amount of time spent repairing the damage is nearly 600 hours. Not to mention that under the Real ID, the private data of every person in NC can be shared with Mexico, Canada, private corporations and whomever the Department of Homeland security deems necessary.

Another issue I brought up to Rep Cleveland was the fact that Facial Recognition Technology (FRT) was basically useless and a recent article reported that such technology showed a 52% likelihood that Winona Ryder was Osama Bin Laden.  Rep Cleveland said that they had the security settings too high and that by lowering them, it wouldn't give off as many false positives.

Study after study has shown at best FRT to be 30% reliable. NC has a 2 Billion dollar budget shortfall.  We should not be wasting taxpayer dollars on this technology.

Before I got off the phone with Rep Cleveland, I told him this issue will not go away and the people of NC do care about what happens to their private data.

Rep Cleveland told me "The people of North Carolina don't have a Bitch about their data because it has been kept secure."  He also went on to tell me that most people in NC do not care about the issue.

Perhaps you need to give Rep Cleveland a call and let him know that you not only care about the Tenth Amendment issue, but you care about the Real ID and how your private data is secured as well.
