That's right, I guess I called it two days ago without knowing much about Judge Sotomayor.

Some basic facts about her:
She loves International Law and uses it to make her decisions
60% of her cases have been overturned by the US Supreme Court.
She is a member of the racist group La Raza (The Race)
She is anti gun i.e. second amendment
Many of her colleges consider her dumb.

Not tom mention she has made such racist comments as

While Obama lauded Sotomayor for her constitutional opinions, Limbaugh noted that she repeatedly has been overturned by the Supreme Court for misinterpreting the law, and then he cited the judge's statement during a speech at the University of California at Berkeley.

Sotomayor said, "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."

Racisim at its best and Obama the Constitutional wizard wants her on the Supreme court.

The question needs to be asked. The media boasting about the first African American in the White House. Obama continues to push ethnicity when it comes to his supreme court nomination.

Most educated informed Americans could care less about the ethnicity of any politician or supreme court justice. They care about whether or not they are qualified to do their jobs. The question is still out on Obama's qualifications according to many lawsuits against him asking him to prove his citizenship.

Obama claims to be a constitutional law expert and is proving his expertise by side stepping much of the document he is an expert on. Is his supreme court nominee, Sotomayor the same as him?

If so, she should not be confirmed and Americans need to contact their legislators to let them know just exactly how they feel about the issue.

Finally, we have U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu who wants to paint the globe white.

At a climate change symposium in London, Chu said that painting roofs white would be part of a "new revolution" to cut greenhouse gases, according to AFP . The white paint would keep buildings cooler, reduce people's use of air conditioning and reflect sunlight away from the Earth.

Chu argued that making roads and roofs a paler shade around the world would have the equivalent of taking every car off the road for 11 years.

Talk about insanity. Had this been introduced by a white person than we can just hear all of the racism rhetoric, but since it was offered by chu, we can simply call it stupidity.

Whats next, all people of color have to look like Michael Jackson or lighter? Perhaps all automobile will have to be white too. Perhaps all houses should be white and grass should be genetically modified to be white as well. We could require that every homeowner have at least one white tree in the yard of their home that is completely white from roof to ground.

Diane Miller is the Director of Law and Public Policy for the organization National Health Freedom Action and will be discussing their organization and the recent media blitz of Daniel Hauser and His Mother, Colleen Hauser.

Colleen Hauser and her husband were ordered by the courts to give their son chemotherapy to treat him for a tumor that he has.

Colleen Hauser fled and is now on the run with her sick son to treat him the way she wants to treat him suing alternative medicine instead of the poisonous chemotherapy.

Two warrants have been issued for her arrest and it is currently believed that she is trying to get to Mexico to get the treatment. This may change and this page will be updated if there is any breaking news related to this story.

The sad reality of this case is that the parents are no longer allowed to choose the treatment they feel would be best for their child. They were not neglecting him and were not neglecting treatment, but the courts decided that they must go with a traditional treatment instead of their chosen course.

I ask that because the Navy is doing training exercises in a landlocked area. Burton is just outside of What looks like a war ravaged area after GM moved out and ruined the ecconomy.

The military will be there for a wekk and only a couple of days ago announced it on the media even though they have been preparing for months..

They will not tell the residents what to expect except they will notice some low flying helicopters. The Flint Journal Article tells the people that this is a stealth operation and that most residents will not even see the military personnel.

Perhaps they have the ability to cloak themselves like the Klingons do in Star trek.

Many residents only knew about theses exercises because the local media reported on it. Many question why Burton as a training ground? Pe4rhaps they will use the Flint River or the local lake to train on. Those are about the only bodies of water they could train in that little landlocked town.

Other residents are upset that while the Navy claims no live munitions or rounds will be used, they are still put in danger because of the low flying helicopters over their homes. Just watch the news reports and you constantly hear about military helicopters crashing.

Some even fear that the military is training not simply for Iraq and Afghanistan but they are training for something as sinister as rounding up Americans and forcing them into camps or forcing them to take vaccines if there is a massive economic collapse or epidemic.

The military is currently being used to patrol US streets, were used in Alabama recently after a mass shooting and North Com is paroling the streets as well.

No matter how you feel about it or what you think they are doing, we all should be asking, Should the military be training in populated urban areas?

Missouri lawmakers vote to reject federal Real ID Act

JEFFERSON CITY | Missouri lawmakers on Wednesday voted to direct the Department of Revenue to not comply with federal driver’s license requirements.

The federal Real ID Act, passed in 2005, requires states to collect and verify certain information about applicants for driver’s licenses and state ID cards. It was passed in response to national security concerns after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

But some Missouri lawmakers argue Real ID is an unwelcome intrusion into privacy and requires several new technologies that could increase the risk of identity theft.

The Senate voted 32-0 Wednesday to advance the bill to Gov. Jay Nixon. The bill was previously passed by the House. If Nixon signs the legislation, Missouri would join 12 other states that have enacted similar anti-Real ID laws.

“That’s a pretty strong statement right there that the federal government should back off,” said Rep. Jim Guest, R-King City, who has sponsored the measure for several years.

Real ID requires that driver’s licenses include the holder’s full name, birth date, gender, license number, digital photograph, principal address and signature as well as tamper-resistant security features. The law also sets standards for verifying a license applicant’s identity and citizenship.

States have until the end of this year to meet the federal requirements but could get an extension until May 2011.

At that time, citizens in noncompliant states would not be able to board federally regulated planes or enter federal buildings simply by showing their state driver’s licenses.

My problem isn't answering the census, it is them coming to my door and using their GPS on it. Had I heard them they would have been invited to leave quickly. Time to get a driveway alarm.

Counting the population is something that is supposed to be done according to the US Constitution, but why take a GPS coordinates of everyone's home? I don't like it and WorldNetDaily reported on this last week.

I think this is what it I really about and has nothing to do with the counting of people. I suggest if you live in a rural area, you put up a No Tresspass Sing and a gate to prevent people from coming onto your property. Too bad the dogs weren't out....

My Hope comes through my faith in God knowing that He is the one who will provide for me. His word promises it and we must stand on that faith during good and bad times.
