Well, by now we all know how the senate snuck in a procedural vote to start the debate on the health control bill over the weekend.

Let me break this down for you. Some senators who said they were opposed to the bill voted to support the debate. What this does is take it one step loser to going to the floor and being voted on it.

If those members were really opposed to this legislation, they would not have voted to let it move until it had the provisions that they wanted removed or written in a manner that they could support.

So now if the bill makes it to a vote, they can not vote for it and then later tell their constituents that they did not support it just look at the voting record.

I say, if you let the bill move forward, then you did vote to support it indirectly and you need to be replaced.

Dont let these masters of deceit use their trickery in order to get legislation passed by making back room deals.

Stand up and tell them, you will work to support anyone running against them who will represent our voices and adhere to our Constitution when it comes to any and all legislation.

Take Action, call Your Democrat Senators and let them know how you feel about their support of this legislation.

This issue not not an emotional issue so do not let them even attempt to say it to you.

Remind them if they want to help curb health insurance costs then allow us to buy insurance across state lines. By opening the markets up to us all, competition would dictate the prices, not each individual state.

Likewise many states force insurance companies to add extra coverage to all policies even if the buyer of that policy does not want it. So for example, one state may force all policies to have maternity coverage regardless of whether or not the buyer is a single woman who does not plan on having a child.

Any legislator who supports this health care reform currently on the table needs to be sent packing come next election cycle. Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi should be the first to be sent to the unemployment line.

It is quite obvious that our legislators in congress will not listen to our voices of reason when it comes to issues that affect our daily lives.

Obama care is just one of the issues, we spoke up and were mocked ridiculed and some even assaulted, yet we kept speaking.

The House passed the health control legislation. Now the battle is in the senate. While I say keep calling and keep speaking to your senators and encourage them to vote the health care control bill down, I have doubts about whether or not they will listen.

So, we must counter those who refuse to represent us with the following steps.

Stand up - Run for local, state or even federal office or support someone who is running that will uphold their oath of office and defend and protect the Constitution.

Work with your state legislators to pass 10th amend laws and pass legislation to allow its citizens to opt out of federal mandates like obamacare, and Real ID / Pass ID.

Speak up - Tell others who is running for office, what is wrong with this country and what needs to be done to change it back to what it once was.

Live Free - You can only live Free when you stand up and speak up.

It is not as though We people didn't stand up at the town hall meeting and speak up, its not as if we the people didn't send emails, send faxes and make calls at 100-1 against the Obamacare takeover bil1, so the members of congress cannot claim ignorance for supporting this massive government takeover of our health care.

No, what they can claim now is that they were defiantly stupid against the will of those who elected them to be a representative. Since they clearly violated their trust and oath of office, we the people have to make sure we do the proper things to ensure we are not forced to accept obamacare.

1. Contact our US Senators via all the methods mentioned above but be sure to see them in person if you are able to speak of your opposition to this legislation.

2. We must unequivocally vote each and everyone who supported this legislation out of office. Replace them with someone who will support the Constitution go with a third party if you must. Of course, we will all have to be dedicated to supporting the candidate of our choice. Whomever runs against them will be up against big money, so when we find someone we can support, we need to help them amass an army of volunteers to hit the streets and man volunteer phone banks and of course to help with fund-raising. You don't need political experience, you simply need an overwhelming desire and drive to get your candidate in office.

3. Never surrender. Never give in because we have lost one battle. We must all stand together and unite for truth and justice until we once again have members in each branch of government who will stand up for we the people and not scoff or mock our desire to live free.

For the first time in the history of our Republic - to maintain your liberty as a citizen you will be required to purchase something which has been approved by your tyrannical government.

What kind of freedom is that?

The Health Care bill currently being debated (today) in the House of Reps requires all citizens to purchase health insurance or face upwards fines and up to 5 years in prison. Yes, it will be a felony to not have health insurance. No longer will you be able to vote, no longer will you be able to own a gun, no longer will you have your most fundamental rights. All because you did not purchase still broken health insurance.

What kind of freedom is that?

Our current health care system is obviously broken but requires real, honest reforms. The proposed legislation is nothing short of an abomination which ignores many of the actual problems and simply ratchets up our leviathan government.
