Get together, find a legislator to replace the one in your area who is not supporting the Constitution. We know of 219 for certain, you can read further down this web site to find their names. They are the ones who voted in support of the CAP & Trade / Energy Bill.

Your small group can create a web site, print up and distribute fliers and walk door to door in the area of the legislator who has violated our Constitution and let their constituents know about it.

Although much time and effort has gone into providing the legislators in Raleigh complete information about the problems involved with the Real ID Act, they have failed to act on it this year.

They could affect proper change if they were concerned about the issues presented to them by those with religious objections such as Christians and Mennonites, Muslims and Jews. They could affect Change if they listened to those of the Gay, Lesbian, Bi and Transsexuals of North Carolina but so far the voices of the people of North Carolina have been ignored.

Are the legislators discriminating against any of these groups with their inaction on the Real ID?

The deadline for the Legislators to act on this issue by placing legislation into the budget is April 21, 2009.

Will they act quickly to resolve this issue or will they let a precious opportunity slip by?

Please call the Following Legislators and tell them You do not appreciate being discriminated against. Tell them to address the concerns of the People of North Carolina protect their citizens' information from Centralized Databases, biometric Facial Recognition Technology and prevent funding for the Real ID.

It seems that there is so much going on that makes no sense. For example, it made no sense for the MIAC document to be issued to all law enforcement in the state of Missouri claiming that people who supported third party candidates or asserted their constitutional rights should be looked at as a potential terrorist.

It makes no sense that the FDA claims, that melamine and mercury are food for you in your food or vaccines.

It makes no sense that more states are not quickly jumping in to protect the private and personal data of their citizens from being collected in massive databases controlled by the states and allowing potential access to said information to the likes of Federal authorities.

It makes no sense that the majority of the North Carolina Legislators do not have the time to add this protective legislation to their books.

It makes no sense that a man who ambushed police officers was being dubbed as one of those you might see supporting Alex Jones or other freedom loving patriots and groups.

It makes no sense to me, perhaps aybe you can help me make some sense out of it.
