Will Con Con help Obama Destroy Our Constitution?

Most people have never heard of a Con Con or Constitutional Convention. The reason being there has only been one in our country and that was for the original ratification by the states of the Constitution we now hold so dear.

Freedom loving Americans have been pushing for many years to get the number of states needed to hold a con con and they are close to that goal of only needing two more.

The reality of the problem with a con con is that our current elected leaders who are moving us towards socialism would decide on what amendments would be added without a 2/3 majority in both houses that could utterly destroy our liberties and freedoms.

If your state is considering any legislation on having a con con, be sure to contact your representatives and tell them that you in no way shape or form want a con con.

One could only imagine, the destruction that would take place under a con con, freedom of speech, freedom of press, right to bear arms and the list goes on.

Stand up, speak up and Live Free.

Greg Evensen on Forced Vaccination of Americans

Greg Evenson

Greg Evensen is an award winning former Kansas State Trooper and Kansas Marshal.

He recently spoke at an event outlining what some states have in mind for the new swine flu vaccine.

Your body your right, so you think? Listen to what he has to say and then be ready to contact your state legislators.

Knowledge is power folks and you will want this information in order to be empowered.

To learn more about Greg Evensen and what he is doing to promote our Constitution and freedoms, please visit his site at

A note from Greg Evensen:

After exhaustive investigation, it appears that the information that I reported regarding Oklahoma’s “Mandated Vaccine Program”, was not entirely accurate. We were in error!

We are deeply sorry and regret that our statement did not reflect an official act. However, it has been suggested by officials that our position on the matter brought enough pressure on other States, not to enact laws that would force inoculations, period. This may be true, however; it was not our plan to do such.

"Pretty" Woman Leaves Note for Cops

Politicians Running Scared from their Constituents

Americans are standing up and speaking up when it comes to their rights. The health care issue, national id, food control, illegal immigration and the list goes on.

Members of the US Congress and House are all running scared and not facing their constituents. Many like Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri has been having town hall meetings across the state but the only way people could get in to see her was to pre-register. This method prevents those who had not heard about it until the day before to enter into the meeting.

Members of Congress such as Representative Heath Shuler (D)of North Carolina, has opted to use tele-town hall meetings where questions could be screened and answered. This method allows him to pick and choose the questions and pre-plan the answers.

State Reps like Rep Mitch Gillespie who does not care about the privacy and security of the residents of North Carolina enough to even consider working on Legislation to stop the National ID Card in NC.

A recent conversation with Mitch went as follows:

"Another Session with Mitch ignoring the voice of We the People. Perhaps he won’t be reelected. My fingers are crossed. My emails are being sent out across the district. "

Mitch: "Maybe a democrat will get elected then see what your chances are."

"So long as they have the fortitude to stand up for those they represent and are willing to abide by the Constitution which they swore to uphold and protect, then party affiliation is a moot point. I suppose however, we would have no less of a chance than we did with you in office."

Mitch: "This thinking shows you don't understand anything about the political process. I will remove you from my contacts, you need to contact Sen. Queen in the future."

Mitch Gillespie's response was to ignore the people he is supposed to represent.

In all the above cases there is a clear case of no right to redress of grievances as provided by our Constitution.

Americans are correct in that they want to vote the majority of these clowns out of office and replace them with people who will abide by their oath of office.

The legislators are too afraid to face the people and with just cause because come next election cycle they may be out of a job. It is up to us "We the People" to find real representatives or to run for office ourselves in order to return our nation to the core values that made it great.

Google Censors Illegal Immigration Information On Web

August 20, 2009

Contact: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC),, (866) 703-0864

ALIPAC is issuing an emergency broadcast to our 25,000 supporters and media contacts across the web, blogosphere, and talk radio channels in America!

WARNING! Google is now blocking the worlds largest archive of information about the negative impact of illegal immigration on American citizens from view via false warnings of Malware.

Public access to the extensive information archived by ALIPAC over the last five years has been blocked on Google, by Firefox web browsers, and on Twitter!

"Google's own software admits we have no viruses or malware on our site," said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "The readings indicate that Google scanned our site on the 19th and we were clean and now they are arbitrarily blocking us for the second time this week. Our technicians tell us our site is clean and Google will not offer us any explanation or assistance despite mulitple attemps to reach out to them."

ALIPAC is now declaring an emergency and making the claim that the blocking of is politically motivated and involves wrongful acts by Google employees or the broader influences withing the Google corporation.

All other major online virus protection services are declaring that is not infected including Norton Antivirus, McAfee, and AVAST.

Google Inc. Chief Executive Eric Schmidt is an active member of President Barack Obama's campaign. Google has also hired the widely discredited left wing progaganda group called the Anti Defamation League to police political content on Google and Youtube. Google employees that are H1B visa holders replacing American workers are regularly seen on pro Amnesty websites plotting against ALIPAC!

"We are seeing a clear and orchestrated pattern of censorship across American emanating from the Obama administration and the Open Borders Lobby that plans to launch new AMNESTY legislation within two weeks," said William Gheen. "If you type in 'illegal immigration' on Google you see large advertisement expenditures from multiple multi million dollar groups that support AMNESTY for illegal aliens. They are trying to silence Glenn Beck and Lou Dobbs and have them fired! We support Glenn and Lou and now Google is putting an electronic muzzle on our website without due cause!"

ALIPAC is asking for emergency assistance from talk radio shows and members of the media to warn the public. Activists are asked to share this emergency alert with others via online posts and e-mail forwards.

All Americans that support free speech and are against amnesty for illegal aliens are asked to abandon use of Google or any advertising on Google and switch to another search engine.

"We need everyone to fight back and speak out while they can," said William Gheen. "Google is the most powerful site on the web, but they can be bypassed and defeated."

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC plans to seek the assistance of attornies and members of law enforcement to help restore public access to the world's largest archive of information about illegal immigration prior to the launch of new amnesty legislation.

State Dept. claims RFID acts as intended, privacy still at risk

This message from BeatTheChip

Ultimately, Michael Holly, chief of consular affairs/international affairs at the U.S. Department of State, says Chris Paget’s interception of the passport card’s data is no reason for concern.

"Mr. Paget actually was doing nothing more than what we intended to have happen…the card, if powered by a reader, will give off the ID number, which is simply a pointer to the data that we share with the Department of Homeland Security"

he says.

BTC Comment - Is the State Department's job is to make egregious hacks look like it was all their idea and that they have everything under control?

I guess the more important question to ask is: are you in control of your identity and where your private information lands due to RFID deployment?

If you are confident RFID is insecure you reserve the right to demand more privacy provisions, especially if it's a legal mandate and you are required to pay for it.

c/o WiFi PlanetThe presence of an RFID tag in U.S. passport cards has raised privacy concerns, but government officials insist the technology is safe--and that the efficiency it adds at land borders is worth the risk.

By the time WHTI went into effect on June 1st of this year, requiring Americans to present passport books, passport cards, or EDLs when crossing land borders into the United States, over a million RFID-enhanced passport cards had already been issued. While WHTI itself isn’t new, its implementation for land borders was delayed two years ago in order to allow for further testing of passport card technology.

It’s important to note that there’s a key difference between e-passports(passport books) and passport cards. While passport cards use vicinity RFID (EPC Gen 2) technology, which can be read at distances of up to 30 feet, e-passports use ISO 14443 contactless smart card tech with a read range of a few inches. To compensate for their readibility (and therefore hackability) at a distance, passport cards only transmit an ID number that relates back to information stored in a secure central database, while e-passports store and transmit much more detailed information about the passport holder.

According to Randy Vanderhoof, executive director of the Smart Card Alliance, that difference was key to the selection of the two technologies. “The electronic passport was built knowing that it was going to store secure information like a person’s name, city of issuance, passport number, image of the person… and therefore they chose a more secure chip technology to protect that information—whereas the passport card was designed to be a static identifier to a central database, with no personal information stored in the chip itself,” he says.

Vanderhoof contends that the government’s decision to use the longer-range EPC Gen 2 technology in passport cards was a mistake. “The decision to trade speed over security and privacy, I think, was a poor decision on the part of the program managers under WHTI—but they repeatedly defended the decision because of the traffic flows through the land borders and the fact that they needed something that could be read from great distances,” he says.

Still, Paul Hunter, technical lead for the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, insists that the time savings provided by the passport cards are considerable. “We can actually read the documents as they’re approaching the booth…which means, instead of handing a document to an officer and him swiping it or manually typing in data, the data’s already there, and now he can focus on the person, and he can focus on the conveyance…it saves six to eight seconds per person,” he says.

And at a land border, Hunter says, time is of the essence. “We’re talking over 100 million crossings a year,” he says. “Those six to eight seconds actually are very significant. We’ve done time and motion studies where we’ve actually measured the time it takes to take the document, to bring it into the booth, to either manually type or swipe and then wait for the results—and if you eliminate all that, you are actually on average saving between six to eight seconds.”

What’s more, Hunter says, the same technology has already been in use for over ten years in the government’s SENTRI and NEXUS trusted traveler programs. “And we have not had one reported incident of somebody skimming that data and using it for nefarious purposes…the reality is, it’s just a number,” he says. “And we further mitigate that by making sure the data that’s associated with that is in a secure back-end database.”

Ultimately, Michael Holly, chief of consular affairs/international affairs at the U.S. Department of State, says Chris Paget’s interception of the passport card’s data is no reason for concern. “Mr. Paget actually was doing nothing more than what we intended to have happen…the card, if powered by a reader, will give off the ID number, which is simply a pointer to the data that we share with the Department of Homeland Security,” he says.

But Paget himself, now president and CTO of the security research firm H4RDW4RE, says that ID number shouldn’t be so easily accessible. “You shouldn’t necessarily think of it as low-risk just because it’s a number,” he says. “Your social security number is just a number. Your credit card number is just a number. It’s the meaning that’s attached to those numbers that makes it risky—and in this instance, it’s an identifier for a person, so any time you see that identifier, you can be certain that you’re seeing that same person.”

One possible solution, Paget says, would be to add an on/off switch to the passport card, as has been suggested by Dr. Ann Cavoukian,Information and Privacy Commissioner for the Canadian province of Ontario. Paget says it’s simply a matter of adding “a button on the card that you have to physically squeeze to turn the tag on, at which point it can be read—so it completely negates the need for shielding…because the tag is off until you actually want it to be turned on.”

The larger point, Paget says, is that RFID needs to be approached with the same caution as the Internet—both, essentially, are simply untrusted networks that move bits of data from point a to point b. “There’s no reason why RFID cannot have equivalent security to something like SSH or SSL that we use on the Internet all the time…I’m certainly not against RFID as a technology: I think it’s got great potential, but there needs to be a lot more security involved in the design of the systems,” he says.

Psalms chapter 15
[A Psalm of David.] LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?
He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.
He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.
In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.
He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved. (KJV)

Keep the Pressure Going We can Win the HealthCare Battle

Americans need to continue the pressure on their members of congress over Obamacare. The heat is on and the legislators are feeling it.

We have a chance to overcome this evil obstacle in American history and an opportunity to let our voices be heard. Please continue to locate the town hall meetings and post them here.

United we stand and the polls and the congress members are starting to hide from the truth that we give them. They have a sense of reality that they haven't seen in some time in this nation, that is the reality that they could all very soon be out of a job.

Not only should we make sure we defeat this so called health care reform legislation but we need to defeat any unconstitutional legislation produced.

Likewise, we need to elect to our congress, people who will actully read the bills before voting, have read and understood the Constitution and represent the people who elected them.

Keep the Pressure Going We can Win the Health Care Battle and we can take back our country and return to the principles that made it such a great place to be.

PSALMS 119:30 I have chosen the way of truth. (KJV)

You Are Under Attack...

Dear Friends,

It has been a wild few days. Our grassroots movement is under attack from Washington D.C. They have called us mobs, un-American and fake grassroots. They have decided to attack their critics rather than just admit their plan to nationalize all health care is very unpopular.

Our North Carolina "Hands off My Health Care bus tour was recently featured on CNN and in the New York Times.

Yet the best account of what our grassroots effort is all about comes from North Carolina contributor Jon Sanders who we were honored to have on the trip.
Please read the article below about our joint efforts. If you believe we are on the right track, please click here to help us keep going.

What I Saw at the Healthcare Rallies
by Jon Sanders

I have just gotten off the Patients First bus after touring North Carolina with Americans for Prosperity and speaking out against Pres. Obama's healthcare legislation. I spoke to thousands upon thousands of my fellow North Carolinians in small towns and big cities, and in between stops, watched the news and heard what the president, the Democrat leaders in Congress and their mouthpieces in the media said about us.

I make them this challenge: Go to the rallies and say that. You really think attendees were bused in by Big Insurance? Watch them arrive. Watch senior citizens be helped out of their vehicles and into their walkers to stand in the hot sun. Dare you call them angry mobsters? See the veterans who served in Europe, Japan, Korea and Vietnam walk in on uncertain knees to take yet another stand against statism. Look them in the eyes and call them Nazis, if you can.

Go to the rallies and say that. If nothing else, good heavens, if you can't publicly change your position and back down from your smears, then at least you can test your sense of shame and your capacity to lie.

Go to the rallies. Show you have more courage than nearly every other congressman, senator, staff member and president in D.C. At every rally I went to, without fail, all fifteen of them across the eastern half of North Carolina, the same thing happened. AFP president Dallas Woodhouse would urge the audience to call their congressmen and Sen. Kay Hagan, and from one end of the crowd to the other we'd hear the frustrated pleas, "We've tried but they're not answering!"

Oh, but the bus and the rallies were supposedly paid for by Big Insurance. You see, in the twisted world of political spincraft, if it can be said, it can be believed. But here's what they want you to believe. Big Evil Corporate Entities tricked a bunch of us freedom-minded people to leave our families for several days to drive hundreds of miles across the state in a bus getting sunburned and hoarse, and then they bused in thousands upon thousands of the unlikeliest Nazi thug mobsters ever assembled to attend our rallies and sign our petitions. That's what they have to say so their elected representatives can justify ignoring them.

Well, don't you believe it.

If this had been some slick, orchestrated, fake-o campaign, we'd have been in nice, air-conditioned, comfy-seated convention halls. We wouldn't have been dripping sweat standing in the parking lots of Harley Davidson (New Bern) or Capt. Bill's (Morehead City) or Chick-Fil-A (Wilmington) or Bill Ellis Barbecue (Wilson) or Brigg's Hardware (Raleigh) or Piggly-Wiggly (Sanford, moved to the K-Mart lot because the crowd was too big) or something called The Climbing Place (Fayetteville).

No, we weren't at those places to put up a front for big industry. We were there because private business owners wanted us there to speak in their communities because they cared so much about the issue. You remember the issue, don't you? You know, the issue that the Democrats with their "message managers" and media campaign wish to distract people away from: their attempt to take over the nation's healthcare system.

We were there also because private individuals cared so much as to send the money to get us there. And we were greeted by hundreds upon hundreds of people at each stop. They were there because they care so much about keeping this nation's healthcare system free from becoming a state-run nightmare that views individuals not as patients to be cured, but as costs to be cut.

They were there not because they think everything's fine with health care, but because they think Obama's proposed cure is far worse than the disease. They want to preserve the best healthcare system on the planet from being destroyed just because there are problems with paying for it. They want to keep the system free from a government takeover so that different solutions can be found, many different choices and innovations may be offered, and different political ideas can arise, ones that rely on government allowing more freedom and removing obstacles rather than the other way around. That's how Americans have historically overcome problems.

And here is another thing that happened at every rally. People came up to us trying to hand us five-, ten-, twenty-dollar bills just to help. They were so thankful we were there speaking to them, encouraging them and showing them how they could speak up for themselves. Their own elected representatives, remember, have been avoiding them. We had been turning those gifts down because the bus tour wasn't about fundraising. But after a while we realized that we should start allowing it.

What a picture — while the powerful and cowardly in Washington were busy running from them and slandering them as bought-and-paid-for angry thugs, they were gracious and smiling and individually volunteering to give. I'm talking about little old ladies and proud veterans and people in wheelchairs with oxygen masks and mothers and fathers and Sunday school teachers and bikers and surfers and God knows who all else. Any Democrat who truly cared about diversity would eat his Sunday New York Times out of sheer jealousy.

That's why I say go to the rallies. For me, it was an honor. After speaking in Jacksonville in the parking lot of the Marina Cafe, we were eating our lunch there (mine was a yummy fried soft-shell crab sandwich), and a woman came in, handed event coordinator Chad Adams forty dollars and squeezed his hand. She had left the rally, went to an ATM, and came back. We were amazed. Humbled.

So I say go to the rallies. Go for her and for the many, many people like her. They have kept this country great. They have sustained her through some of her greatest challenges. How dare anyone in this government of, by and for the people put her in danger of being flagged a "waste" on some bureaucrat's spreadsheet. How dare they lie about her and her concerns. I don't think you could if you saw what I saw at the rallies.
Do right by her. Do right by them. Address their concerns, junk the bill, and stop the character assassination of upstanding Americans.
Go to the rallies and tell the truth.

The REAL ID Threat is Still Real

The REAL ID Threat is Still Real

They haven't quit, so we won't quit

Quote of the Day: "PASS Act is REAL ID 2.0" -- Electronic Privacy Information Center

D o w n s i z e r – D i s p a t c h

Quote of the Day: “PASS Act is REAL ID 2.0″ — Electronic Privacy Information Center

The American people don’t want a national ID card. Nevertheless, the REAL ID Act remains on the books, and the PASS Act (S. 1261) is still waiting in the wings to replace it. Here’s the official description of the PASS Act . . .

“A bill to repeal title II of the REAL ID Act of 2005 and amend title II of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to better protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personally identifiable information collected by States when issuing driver’s licenses and identification documents, and for other purposes.”

That doesn’t really tell you much does it? It sounds like the PASS Act is designed to protect you from identity theft. Some people could also assume that the REAL ID Act is being repealed, but in reality . . .

* The PASS Act is similar to the REAL ID scheme for a national identity card
* The PASS Act could make identity theft easier because of it’s reliance on centralized databases and RFID chips that can be read at a distance

Our politicians are nothing if not tenacious. They don’t quit, so we can’t quit either. We must show them that we have more staying power than they do. It’s time to ask, once again, that Congress repeal the REAL ID Act and kill the PASS Act. You can send a letter to your Congressional employees using our Educate the Powerful System (sm).

Here’s what I’m saying in my personal comments to my House rep., and to my two Senators . . .

“I’ve asked you repeatedly to repeal the READ ID Act. Please be aware that I know you have the power to introduce legislation to accomplish this goal. You do not need permission from anyone to draft and introduce such legislation. Just do it, so that others can follow the banner you raise. Neither I, nor the vast majority of the American people, want either the REAL ID Act or its proposed replacement, the so-called PASS Act. You can earn major brownie points with me by introducing legislation to repeal REAL ID, but you will earn major demerits if you do not introduce such legislation. I am paying attention.”

Use’s “Repeal READ ID” campaign to send your letter to Congress.

In addition, if one of your Senators appears in the following list of co-sponsors of the PASS Act (S.1261) please call them and say the following: “I’m disappointed that my Senator is co-sponsoring the PASS Act. I would much prefer that he introduce legislation repeal the REAL ID Act.”

Here’s the list:

Sen Alexander, Lamar , Sen Baucus, Max , Sen Burris, Roland , Sen Carper, Thomas R. , Sen Leahy, Patrick J. , Sen Lieberman, Joseph I. , Sen Tester, Jon , Sen Voinovich, George V.
